Through looper, SF007-01 high speed flat bed interlock stitch machine adopts bended needle to perform thread hooking on three stright needles. Together with the left and right movement of the flat lock nedle, it could form 605 basic flat bed interlock sittches.  The lubrication of this machine adopts combination rotary pump to finish strong charge lubrication and forcible oil absorption and return device. This machine is a serial product. There are several specifications available, such as 406, 407, 602, 605, 401, 408 and other stitches. Under high speed sewing condition, silicon-oil cooling is done to upper and lower needle threads so as to protect them from melting due to high temperature. To form reliable and steady multi-needle composite sittches, the machine has been added with mobile needle guard mechanism to adapt to different stuff. With a series of needle guge set, the machine has a series of models which proudce two-thread, three-thread, four-thread, five-thread, flower grid and many other stitches. Besides seaming, the machine could also be used for decorative seiwng in modern garment industry, especially in the field of leisure clothing.
